Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared for shipment before they enter transit. Printful makes its print-on-demand items after an order is placed, so production time comes before shipping time. We don’t promise a fixed processing or delivery window; timing depends on the item, destination, and carrier. Available shipping options and their charges are shown at checkout.

Shipping within the United States

For items in our General shipping profile, Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more when that rate applies. Express shipping is $15.

Printful items have separate US flat rates: T-shirts $4.95; hoodies $8.79; accessories $4.69; and pants and weekender bags $8.29. An Express rate of $12.49 is listed for the Printful pants and weekender-bag profile and requires a phone number. Express availability and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.

International shipping

Items in our General shipping profile have carrier-calculated options for the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore. Available services and prices are displayed at checkout.

Our four Printful profiles, covering T-shirts, hoodies, accessories, and pants and weekender bags, have flat-rate zones for the US, Canada, UK, Japan, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand, specified European countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, plus a “Rest of World” zone. Rates vary by product group and destination. A shipping zone does not guarantee that every destination is available for every order; checkout confirms whether we can ship the items in your cart to your address and shows the applicable charge.

International deliveries may be subject to customs processing and import charges. Check the total and any information presented at checkout before placing your order.

Tracking and separate packages

When tracking is available for a shipment, you can use the tracking details provided with your shipping confirmation. Tracking updates depend on the carrier.

Items fulfilled from different locations or Printful product groups may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates. If your cart contains items from multiple shipping profiles, their applicable shipping rates may be combined at checkout. Review the final shipping charge before placing your order.
